Otra de las t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas, fue el grupo de discusi\u00f3n con la aplicaci\u00f3n del instrumento gu\u00eda discusi\u00f3n el cual se trabajo solo con docentes. se aplicaron las pruebas estad\u00edsticas correlaci\u00f3n de spearman y correlaci\u00f3n can\u00f3nica, as\u00ed mismo se   se llev\u00f3 a cabo el an\u00e1lisis de discurso de los informantes clave a partir de las coincidencias de opini\u00f3n, unidades de an\u00e1lisis, creaci\u00f3n de categor\u00edas definici\u00f3n de categor\u00edas  y triangulaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica. como resultado se obtuvo una correlaci\u00f3n positiva d\u00e9bil en cuanto a la relaci\u00f3n estilos de liderazgo y satisfacci\u00f3n laboral docente y considerando los valores te\u00f3ricos can\u00f3nicos se explica como factores predominantes en estilos de liderazgo la innovaci\u00f3n y el cambio y el desarrollo y en la variable satisfacci\u00f3n laboral los factores predominantes fueron organizaci\u00f3n docente y pol\u00edticas laborales. En cuanto al an\u00e1lisis cualitativo se concluyo que los factores que estaban incidiendo en una satisfacci\u00f3n laboral moderada eran  de orden administrativo generados por el contexto
