Una vez realizado el estudio y modelado de los electrones en laminas de inversion y de los diferentes mecanismos de dispersion se elaboran los programas de simulacion del comportamiento de electrones implementando el metodo de monte carlo. Se aplica la simulacion al estudio de la influencia de los diferentes parametros fisicos y tecnologicos sobre las propiedades de transporte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
