El cribado de malformaciones estructurales, a trav\u00e9s de la ecograf\u00eda morfol\u00f3gica, y el cribado de cromosomopat\u00edas, a trav\u00e9s del test combinado, han demostrado ser efectivas como prevenci\u00f3n secundaria de las anomal\u00edas cong\u00e9nitas. el test combinado es el m\u00e9todo de cribado de cromosomopat\u00edas de elecci\u00f3n seg\u00fan diferentes gu\u00edas cl\u00ednicas y sociedades cient\u00edficas, por sus caracter\u00edsticas de sensibilidad y precocidad. para que un cribado de cromosomopat\u00edas sea efectivo, \u00e9ste debe tener una implantaci\u00f3n universal y mantener unos resultados de garant\u00eda, en t\u00e9rminos de sensibilidad y especificidad. es importante, una vez implementado un cribado de cromosomopat\u00edas de garant\u00eda y universal, optimizar los resultados; para ello, tendr\u00edamos que disminuir la tasa de falsos positivos y as\u00ed exponer al menor n\u00famero de gestantes a una t\u00e9cnica invasiva. Por otro lado mejorar\u00edamos la sensibilidad diagnosticando mayor n\u00famero de cromosomopat\u00edas. mediante un test combinado en dos fases, asociando marcadores ecogr\u00e1ficos de segundo nivel (ausencia de hueso nasal, valoraci\u00f3n del ductus venoso y regurgitaci\u00f3n tricusp\u00eddea) nos proponemos optimizar nuestro m\u00e9todo de cribado de cromosomopat\u00edas, disminuyendo el n\u00famero de falsos positivos, y as\u00ed el n\u00famero de t\u00e9cnicas invasivas, a realizar. igualmente nos proponemos optimizar el cribado de cromosomopat\u00edas, mejorando la sensibilidad
