{"id":941,"date":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1994\/01\/01\/organogenesis-del-desague-de-los-conductos-biliopancreaticos\/"},"modified":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"organogenesis-del-desague-de-los-conductos-biliopancreaticos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/organogenesis-del-desague-de-los-conductos-biliopancreaticos\/","title":{"rendered":"Organogenesis del desague de los conductos biliopancreaticos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Susana Garc\u00eda G\u00f3mez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo tiene como planteamientos basicos dar respuesta a los dos interrogantes siguientes:  1 ?Como es posible y gracias a que fenomeno o proceso, dos esbozos pancreaticos que se originan en situacion contrapuesta el uno del otro y crecen inicialmente en los mesenterios primitivos dordal y ventral terminen reuniendose entre si para fusionarse en una glandula unica?  2 ?Que causa o causas determinan que los conductos biliopancreaticos, que surgieron en situacion contrapuesta, finalmente desaguen en un area vecina de la luz duodenal, en la conjuncion de las caras medial y dorsal del duodeno, en las carunculas menor y mayor de santorini? Para ello se han revisado la totalidad de embriones y fetos de las embriotecas de los dptos. De ciencias morfologicas de las univ. De granada, cadiz y complutense de Madrid, seleccionandose 24 embriones y 10 fetos humanos. Todo este material fue tratado con las habituales tecnicas de laboratorio y observado al microscopio optico en cortes seriados.  los palnos y momentos mas ilustrativos del origen y evolucion morfogenica del pancreas y de los conductos biliopancreaticos se recogen como material iconografico en 34 protocolos que se distribuyen en 123 laminas y 366 microfotografias que son comentadas como observaciones.  igualmente se presentan los resultados obtenidos y tras la correspondiente discusion se alcanzan, de forma resumida, las siguientes conclusiones:  1.- El origen y causa de que los pediculos de los primordios hepatico y pancreatico dorsal, futuros conductos coledoco y de santorini, finalmente terminen por realinearse y desaguar en un area vecina no se debe a la simple rotacion de 90 de duodeno embrionario de izquierda a derecha.  2.- Este hecho se debe al crecimiento desparejo de la pared duodenal, tanto en sentido circunferencial como longitudinal, a expensas de la inicial cara izda.
