Para ello, empleamos el m\u00e9todo conductista en  el cual la formaci\u00f3n forma parte de los comportamientos del modelo de econom\u00eda industrial, bas\u00e1ndonos en un modelo causal que mantiene la estructura del mismo. Adem\u00e1s se pone de manifiesto la importancia de la formaci\u00f3n, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n la importancia de la estructura que debe tener y c\u00f3mo incide en los resultados de la empresa.  para llevar a cabo el estudio emp\u00edrico que nos permita analizar la relaci\u00f3n planteada anteriormente, se utilizaron 2 m\u00e9todos estad\u00edsticos,  cada uno con una herramienta  estad\u00edstica diferente: en  primer lugar, mediante spss  para windows se realiz\u00f3 un  an\u00e1lisis factorial con el fin de resumir la dimensionalidad y preparar los datos para la  siguiente paso estad\u00edstico y en segundo lugar , mediante spad se dise\u00f1\u00f3 y analiz\u00f3 un  modelo basado en la teor\u00eda de ecuaciones estructurales.  los resultados obtenidos a partir de este estudio emp\u00edrico permite afirmar la relaci\u00f3n  entre la formaci\u00f3n y los resultados.
