Se prepara un total de 62 compuestos. La sintesis de los compuestos n-sustituidos se lleva a cabo mediante el metodo de reissert.  se evalua su actividad como inhibidores de la enzima transcriptasa inversa en su variedad originaria \u00abin vitro\u00bb.
