Puesto que la naturaleza del catalizador juega un papel importante en este tipo de procesos se estudia el patr\u00f3n catal\u00edtico de aminas y fosfinas terciarias, en reacciones con alcoholes proparg\u00edlicos y propiolatos de alquilo. Igualmente se han desarrollado procesos de plegamiento molecular controlados por el sustrato basados en estas reacciones abb\u00c2\u00bf3cr quimio-diferenciantes entre unidades 1,2-dicarbon\u00edlicas y alquinoatos terminales. En estos procesos las unidades 1,2-dicarbon\u00edlicas contienen sustituyentes capaces de controlar la reactividad de estos sustratos y dirigir la s\u00edntesis hacia enol \u00e9teres proparg\u00edlicos, 1,3-dioxolanos o \u00e1cidos tetr\u00f3nicos. Y finalmente con el objetivo de aumentar la complejidad molecular se han sintetizado diferentes estructuras privilegiadas como pirroles tetrasustituidos, 1,3-oxazolidinas y \u00e1cidos tetr\u00f3nicos, mediante el acoplamiento de dos procesos domin\u00f3 consecutivos y en formato monoetapa. Esta sencilla metodolog\u00eda ha permitido construir peque\u00f1as librer\u00edas de estas estructuras de forma r\u00e1pida y eficiente para llevar a cabo estudios de actividad con l\u00edneas
