Para su an\u00e1lisis, se optimizan metodolog\u00edas anal\u00edticas empleando hs-spme-cg-ms, estudiando algunos par\u00e1metros influyentes en la extracci\u00f3n de los analitos tales como: condiciones de extracci\u00f3n y desorci\u00f3n, fuerza i\u00f3nica, ph, contenido en taninos y antocianos, sulfuroso y grado alcoh\u00f3lico. Los m\u00e9todos se validan empleando la linealidad, l.D, l.Q, precisi\u00f3n y un estudio de recuperaciones.
