Ambas fuentes de excitaci\u00f3n espectroscopias presentan ventajas de modo independiente y son usadas de este modo habitual en la literatura cient\u00edfica. Sin embargo, nunca hab\u00edan sido combinadas con objeto de poder aprovecharse mutuamente de ventajas que no poseen de modo independiente. As\u00ed, el l\u00e1ser presenta una enorme capacidad de an\u00e1lisis microm\u00e9trico en comparaci\u00f3n con una descarga luminiscente, mientras que el proceso de excitaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica caracter\u00edstico de las gd es altamente eficiente. Un uso combinado de ambas permite usar el l\u00e1ser como sistema de vaporizaci\u00f3n de entornos locales de muestras de inter\u00e9s, y usar la descarga luminiscente como sistema espectrosc\u00f3pico de excitaci\u00f3n del gas resultante el trabajo se ha centrado en cuatro aspectos principales que definen los cap\u00edtulos de la memoria; 1) dise\u00f1o y demostraci\u00f3n de la hibridaci\u00f3n. 2) estudios sobre la mejora en sensibilidad; 3) aplicaci\u00f3n al an\u00e1lisis de materiales laminados y 4) estudio sobre el efecto del desacoplamiento, efectos de matriz, y
