Estas prote\u00ednas fueron producidas empleando dos sistemas de expresi\u00f3n heter\u00f3logos distintos (escherichia coli y un sistema eucari\u00f3t\u00edco basado en baculovirus\/c\u00e9lulas de insecto). La bmp-6 producida en escherichia coli en forma de cuerpos de inclusi\u00f3n fue solubilizada y sometida a distintas condiciones de replegamiento in vitro para tratar de obtener formas homodim\u00e9ricas de la mol\u00e9cula. Las prote\u00ednas bmp-6, bmp-6-cbd, bfgf y bfgf-cbd producidas mediante el sistema de baculovirus\/c\u00e9lulas de insecto fueron purificadas mediante cromatograf\u00eda de afinidad por heparina y sus propiedades de pegada a esponjas absorbibles de col\u00e1geno tipo i y actividad biol\u00f3gica fueron analizadas in vitro. Finalmente, se realiz\u00f3 un ensayo de osificaci\u00f3n heterot\u00f3pica en ratas para determinar si la combinaci\u00f3n de bfgf y bmp-6 era capaz de aumentar los niveles de osificaci\u00f3n frente a la bmp-6 sola, y si la adici\u00f3n del cbd permit\u00eda aumentar la persistencia local del bfgf en el lugar del implante y, con ello, incrementar su efecto potenciador de la
