A pesar de su enorme utilidad cl\u00ednica el arsenal terap\u00e9utico disponible en esta familia sigue siendo muy reducido y ninguno de los f\u00e1rmacos en uso satisface los requerimientos b\u00e1sicos establecidos para el f\u00e1rmaco antiagregante plaquetario ideal.  el trabajo experimental que se presenta en esta memoria describe una serie de procedimientos sint\u00e9ticos que permiten la obtenci\u00f3n de una amplia colecci\u00f3n de enonas \u00c2\u00bf,\u00edY no saturadas derivadas del sistema heteroc\u00edclico piridazin-3-ona dise\u00f1ada como antiagregantes plaquetarios. Desde el punto de vista estructural la quimioteca est\u00e1 compuesta por dos series isom\u00e9ricas que incorporan tres puntos de diversidad (r2, r6 y ar). La evaluaci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica de estas nuevas series ha permitido identificar varios derivados que exhiben una potente actividad antiagregante plaquetaria, as\u00ed como el an\u00e1lisis de
