Esto supone dotar a los algoritmos de calculo de un interface de comunicacion con el usuario y una representacion tridimensional de los resultados, de caracter avanzado y profesional.  se presentan primeramente las exigencias y caracteristicas que debe poseer la herramienta, definiendose el concepto de escenario con los elementos que contiene y la gestion que de ellos se realiza. Se hace especial referencia al concepto de sistema, que permite una mayor potencia en la definicion y tratamiento de grandes escenarios, describiendose la estructura jerarquica utiliza para su gestion.  por la importancia que tiene en los programas de simulacion, se dedica un capitulo al analisis de colisiones (interferencia geometrica) entre los elementos que forman el escenario. Este analisis se orienta teniendo en cuenta el caracter jerarquico del escenario y el uso recursivo de los algoritmos.  se introduce el concepto de marco de desarrollo o \u00abframework\u00bb, como un paso mas de la herramienta de desarrollo o \u00abtoolkit\u00bb. El marco de desarrollo evita el reconstruir todos los aspectos relacionados con el interface y los grafica de la aplicacion. Finalmente, se muestran distintas aplicaciones que hacen uso del marco de desarrollo creado a partir de las consideraciones de la presente tesis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
