Dicho reconocimiento esta contenido implicitamente en la constante defensa del derecho a la propiedad privada y a la libre iniciativa economica, y en la afirmacion de la responsabilidad de las personas en materia economica.  la mision del empresario consistiria en la creacion de riqueza y puestos de trabajo, atendiendo siempre prioritariamente al bien del hombre. Dicha mision se lleva a cabo mediante la inversion y gestion adecuada de las unidades de produccion. A los criterios de productividad y rentabilidad, basicos en el funcionamiento de la empresa, deben a\u00f1adirse la responsabilidad de crear un clima y estructura humana en ella, y de establecer una relacion adecuada con el mercado y el medio ambiente. Esta doctrina esta de acuerdo con los planteamientos del management contemporaneo. Al mismo tiempo se abordan las cuestiones de la empresa desde una perspectiva antropologica, en la cual, la dignidad del hombre es un valor que ha de ser respetado y custodiado por encima de cualquier
