El m\u00e9todo propuesto se restringe al an\u00e1lisis de radargramas con dos capas horizontales. en primer lugar, se ha desarrollado una aplicaci\u00f3n inform\u00e1tica que facilita la correcta definici\u00f3n de cada una de las capas del terreno, tanto en lo que se refiere a su perfil como a sus propiedades electromagn\u00e9ticas. Sobre este terreno act\u00faan una serie de pulsos electromagn\u00e9ticos que simulan los emitidos por la antena emisora del geo-radar. La propagaci\u00f3n de dichos pulsos se modeliza mediante el m\u00e9todo de diferencias finitas en el tiempo para determinar el campo electromagn\u00e9tico en cualquier instante en las posiciones que ocupar\u00e1 la antena receptora y, as\u00ed, generar el radargrama. A partir del an\u00e1lisis de trazas del radargrama simuladas para diferentes terrenos con valores de permitividad electromagn\u00e9tica distintos se han determinado los par\u00e1metros que caracterizan a dichas trazas. Utilizando estos par\u00e1metros, se han generado gr\u00e1ficas que permiten calcularlos a partir de los valores de las permitividades diel\u00e9ctricas de ambas capas. Con el valor de permitividad diel\u00e9ctrica de la capa superior, junto con el del tiempo transcurrido hasta la recepci\u00f3n de la onda reflejada, se puede estimar la velocidad de la onda
