En concreto, en primer lugar se han establecido dos nuevos procedimientos para la generaci\u00f3n de carbenos n-heteroc\u00edclicos (nhc). El primero de ellos consiste en el acoplamiento de isocianuros coordinados en los complejos fac-[mn(cnr)(co)3(bipy)]+ con aminas y alcoholes proparg\u00edlicos, y conduce a la formaci\u00f3n de complejos de f\u00f3rmula general fac-[mn(nhc)(co)3(bipy)]+ . El segundo procedimiento implica la tautomerizaci\u00f3n de azoles coordinados en los complejos fac-[mn(l)(co)3(bipy)]+ (l = imidazoles, oxazoles y tiazoles), a trav\u00e9s de procesos \u00e1cido-base. Se ha estudiado la reactividad del carbeno heteroc\u00edclico en estos compuestos, permitiendo una funcionalizaci\u00f3n de los distintos \u00e1tomos del heterociclo, como son los carbonos vin\u00edlicos y el resto n-h. En estos \u00faltimos se han introducido as\u00ed mismo diversos fragmentos met\u00e1licos, permitiendo la generaci\u00f3n de especies heteromet\u00e1licas mn(i)\/au(i) que contienen ligandos azolilo puente, y que, tras la hidr\u00f3lisis \u00e1cida, liberan el carbeno de au(i) completando el proceso de transmetalaci\u00f3n del ligando nhc. Por otro lado, el estudio de la reactividad de los isocianuros coordinados con metilamina, ha permitido preparar complejos con ligandos diaminocarbeno ac\u00edclicos de f\u00f3rmula fac-[mn{c(nhme)nhr})(co)3(bipy)]+,que son f\u00e1cilmente desprotonados con koh generando los correspondientes derivados formamidinilo neutros fac-[mn{c(nhme)=nr})(co)3(bipy)]. Estos \u00faltimos experimentan procesos de inserci\u00f3n m\u00faltiple de alquinos en el enlace m-c, formando nuevos ligandos azaciclohexadienilo, y reaccionan con [aucl(pph3)] generando complejos
