Se piensa que los mecanismos de la tolerancia materno-fetal radican fundamentalmente en la decidua.  este tejido presenta una elevada proporcion de leucocitos que podrian ser los responsables de esa tolerancia.  por otra parte, y de ahi el objeto de esta tesis, sospechamos que debian de existir mecanismos activos de reclutamiento por parte de las celulas endoteliales deciduales. Mecanismos que justificarian la presencia de leucocitos en la decidua. En este trabajo demostramos que las celulas endoteliales deciduales expresan moleculas de adhesion inducibles que indican su estado de activacion.  muchas de las venulas deciduales presentan morfolog\u00eda hev (high endothelial venules), estructura de los organos linfoides responsables de la captacion de celulas linfoides. Finalmente observamos que las celulas endoteliales deciduales tenian capacidad de captar activamente linfocitos de sangre periferica y de decidua.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
