En un telelaboratorio se pueden ejecutar ordenes de bajo nivel y de alto nivel, relacion\u00e1ndose el termino telecontrol a las ordenes de bajo nivel y el termino teleoperaci\u00f3n a las ordenes de alto nivel. Las aportaciones noveles de la tesis son las siguientes: telecontrol: un nuevo protocolo de transporte llamado btp (billateral transport protocol) para controlar en tiempo real un sistema basado en maestro\/esclavo a trav\u00e9s de internet. Su principal ventaja es proporcionar un flujo de comunicaci\u00f3n bidireccional con baja variaci\u00f3n de retardo (jitter) manteniendo en equilibrio un alto ipg (inter-packet gap) con un bajo tiempo de retardo. El algoritmo de control de congesti\u00f3n del protocolo se basa en la detecci\u00f3n de la congesti\u00f3n observando el comportamiento del rtt para poder evitarla. teleoperaci\u00f3n: una nueva arquitectura que considera un telelaboratorio como un conjunto de robots o dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos de diferentes caracter\u00edsticas, que cooperan entre ellos formando una red de robots. La arquitectura ofrece dos protocolos (snrp y sntelp) para el control del telelaboratorio y de todos sus dispositivos usando solo un lenguaje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
