Una vez establecido el marco filogen\u00e9tico b\u00e1sico de la familia, se realizan estudios de grupos monofil\u00e9ticos interesantes desde el punto de vista biogeogr\u00e1fico, taxon\u00f3mico o evolutivo. As\u00ed, se investiga el posible origen natural o antropog\u00e9nico de la disyunci\u00f3n intercontinental a nivel espec\u00edfico presente en oligomeris linifolia; se explora la historia evolutiva y los mecanismos de especiaci\u00f3n en una secci\u00f3n de alta monta\u00f1a del g\u00e9nero reseda (sect. Glaucoreseda) cuyos t\u00e1xones se distribuyen en la pen\u00ednsula ib\u00e9rica y marruecos; y se estudia el estatus taxon\u00f3mico de una especie del g\u00e9nero reseda con problemas de delimitaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica (r. Collina) y sus relaciones con los t\u00e1xones pr\u00f3ximos de la sect. Phyteuma. Adem\u00e1s se lleva a cabo una revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de dos secciones del g\u00e9nero reseda basada principalmente en datos morfol\u00f3gicos (glaucoreseda y phyteuma). Para abordar estas cuestiones se lleva a cabo una aproximaci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica integral que contempla datos procedentes de distintas fuentes (morfol\u00f3gicos, moleculares, citogen\u00e9ticos y biogeogr\u00e1ficos). Se han combinado t\u00e9cnicas moleculares para an\u00e1lisis filogen\u00e9ticos y filogeogr\u00e1ficos, con el empleo de herramientas taxon\u00f3micas tradicionales (revisi\u00f3n basada en
