Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha estudiado un modelo general de activacion de zimogenos, que puede considerarse suficientemente general como para incluir una o mas etapas de activacion de zimogenos, ademas de posibles etapas de inhibicion (reversible o irreversible). Se han obtenido las ecuaciones generales aproximadas concentracion-tiempo y el resultado se ha aplicado a la obtencion de las correspondientes especies involucradas en dos ejemplos concretos de activacion de zimogenos, que se ajustan directamente o despues de alguna modificacion al modelo general estudiado. Por otro lado se ha estudiado una autoactivacion de zimogenos donde el zimogeno y el inhibidor compiten por el sitio activo de la proteasa. El modelo se presenta en ausencia y en presencia de reaccion acoplada, la cual nos permite facilitar el seguimiento del proceso.
