Se describen asimismo aplicaciones sinteticas en reacciones de cicloadicion 1,3-dipolar y diels-alder mediante microondas en ausencia de disolvente. Cuando se emplean acetales de cetena quirales se observa diastereoselectividad facial. La estructura de los cicloaductos se ha determinado por rmn mediante experiencias de correlacion, noesy y noe. La proporcion de diastereosomeros corresponde a la aproximacion mas favorecida, lo que se ha confirmado mediante modelizacion de los estados de transicion. Los cicloaductos se han isomerizado en condiciones termicas. Se han realizado reacciones de apertura del anillo de los cicloaductos los que ha permitido obtener b-aminoacidos, b-aminoesteres y 3-aminoalcoholes. Cuando se parte de cicloaductos con un centro quiral, se obtienen productos quirales de cadena abierta con control de la estereoquimica del producto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
