Estos sistemas, constituidos por  un n\u00facleo oleoso y una cubierta polim\u00e9rica cati\u00f3nica, fueron seleccionados por su elevada capacidad para incorporar f\u00e1rmacos altamente hidr\u00f3fobos y que presentan problemas de formulaci\u00f3n, como el docetaxel. Debido a la importancia de la naturaleza de la cubierta polim\u00e9rica en la estabilidad y en el comportamiento del sistema, en el presente trabajo se ha estudiado detalladamente la formaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica de nanoc\u00e1psulas polim\u00e9ricas cuyas cubiertas est\u00e1n formadas por pol\u00edmeros que pueden favorecer la internalizaci\u00f3n del sistema, tales como el polisac\u00e1rido quitosano, mezclas quitosano\/tensioactivo o el poliamino\u00e1cido poliarginina.
