El objetivo principal ha sido obtener hilos moleculares a partir de estos pol\u00edmeros depositados en superficie. la memoria est\u00e1 dividida en 5 cap\u00edtulos. En el primero de ellos se hace una introducci\u00f3n general a la nanoqu\u00edmica. En el cap\u00edtulo 2 se hace una discusi\u00f3n de los resultados obtenidos. Este cap\u00edtulo se divide en tres partes: compuestos con nucleobases, sistemas monodimensionales y pol\u00edmeros mmx y de au. En el cap\u00edtulo 3 se incluyen las conclusiones y perspectivas de futuro derivadas de este trabajo. En el cap\u00edtulo 4 se describe la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n estructural de los compuestos obtenidos. Por \u00faltimo, se han agrupado en los apendices las abreviaturas y una breve descripci\u00f3n del funcionamiento de la microscop\u00eda de fuerzas at\u00f3micas.
