Alrededor del 40 % de los gases de efecto invernadero en los pa\u00edses desarrollados proceden de los equipos en las edificaciones donde aproximadamente el 60% son producidos en los sistemas de climatizaci\u00f3n. En este contexto, las bombas de calor acopladas al terreno son una soluci\u00f3n atractiva como sistema de climatizaci\u00f3n en los edificios comerciales debido a su alta eficiencia comparada con los sistemas convencionales basados en bombas de calor aire-agua. De hecho, la agencia de protecci\u00f3n medioambiental americana reconoce que este tipo sistemas son los m\u00e1s eficientes y confortables. Sin embargo, la eficiencia de las bombas de calor acopladas al terreno podr\u00eda mejorarse a\u00fan m\u00e1s mediante la adecuada gesti\u00f3n de los distintos equipos que las configuran.  el objetivo de la investigaci\u00f3n de la tesis doctoral ser\u00eda el desarrollo de estrategias de gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica a trav\u00e9s de simulaciones en los  sistemas de climatizaci\u00f3n basados en bombas de calor acoplados al terreno para mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de los mismos y a la vez mantener las condiciones de confort t\u00e9rmico dentro del \u00e1rea climatizada. Las estrategias de gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica estar\u00e1n orientadas en tres aspectos: combinaci\u00f3n de varios sistemas de generaci\u00f3n (bomba de calor acoplada al terreno y bomba de calor aire-agua), desacoplo de la generaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica de la distribuci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica (mediante un deposito de almacenamiento t\u00e9rmico) y estrategias basadas en la gesti\u00f3n equipos de la instalaci\u00f3n (mediante su regulaci\u00f3n continua).   de los resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n se pueden obtener dos conclusiones fundamentales. La primera de ellas es que una adecuada gesti\u00f3n de un sistema compuesto por un dep\u00f3sito de almacenamiento, una bomba de calor aire-agua y una bomba de calor acoplada al terreno produce una mejora en la ef\u00edciencia energ\u00e9tica de entorno al 40% respecto al sistema convencional y de entorno al 18% respecto al sistema geot\u00e9rmico. La segunda conclusi\u00f3n de la tesis es que una adecuada estrategia de regulaci\u00f3n en continuo sobre los elementos que configuran un sistema de bomba de calor acoplada al terreno produce un
