El interes se centra en detectar si esta marca es un criterio determinante en el proceso de compra del individuo, y si es asi, estudiar su probable extension hacia distintos alimentos. El enfoque elegido para presentar el proceso de compra es el basado en las ciencias del comportamiento, utilizando la perspectiva de lambin, con tres respuestas jerarquizadas, la respuesta cognitiva, la afectiva y la comportamental, para que exista un proceso de aprendizaje. Para recoger dichos niveles de respuesta, se ha realizado una encuesta personal a una muestra representativa del comprador de alimentos en la comunidad autonoma de navarra, analizandose las nueve calificaciones de esta zona geografica. Mediante los resultados obtenidos se puede concluir sobre la existencia de una sensibilidad hacia estas marcas colectivas, si bien aparecen diferencias por mercados, por lo que no se recomienda una politica masiva de \u00abdenominaciones\u00bb, sino una aplicacion restringida por el efecto arrastre de su mal empleo, deteriorando la oportunidad de la peque\u00f1a agroindustria para conseguir
