Este proceso representa un m\u00e9todo muy simple y vers\u00e1til de s\u00edntesis de sistemas de tipo polienino.  en el segundo cap\u00edtulo se recoge la s\u00edntesis de 7-aminobenzofuranos sustituidos por reacci\u00f3n de complejos alquinilcarbeno no estabilizados con iminas derivadas de 2-furfural. El proceso implica la formaci\u00f3n del anillo de seis eslabones a trav\u00e9s de una reacci\u00f3n de carbociclaci\u00f3n [3+3] regioselectiva.  el tercer cap\u00edtulo recoge el estudio de la reacci\u00f3n de complejos alquinilcarbeno no estabilizados con iminas de n-metil-2-pirrolcarbaldeh\u00eddo, que permite obtener derivados de 6-azaindol, mediante un proceso de heterociclaci\u00f3n [4+2].   por \u00faltimo, en el cuarto cap\u00edtulo se describe una nueva reacci\u00f3n entre complejos alquinilcarbeno no estabilizados e iminas, lo que da lugar a carbenos derivados de 2-azetina, a trav\u00e9s de un proceso de heterociclaci\u00f3n [2+2], y a derivados de benzoazepina a trav\u00e9s de una heterociclaci\u00f3n [4+3]. Adem\u00e1s, se presenta la reacci\u00f3n de estos nuevos carbenos derivados de 2-azetina con alquinos lo que da lugar a 1,3-oxacinas.
