En este contexto, al inicio de la presente tesis doctoral la escasez de versiones cataliticas y asimetricas descritas para la adicion estereocontrolada de nucleofilos sobre el doble enlace c=n contrastaba enormemente con la eficacia demostrada por estas metodolog\u00edas para otro tipo de reacciones de formacion de enlace c-c. en la presente tesis doctoral se presentan el estudio inicial llevado a cabo en torno a la reaccion de mannich catalitica y asimetrica, y el posterior desarrollo de una alternativa organocatalitica de la reaccion de aza-henry asimetrica empleando condiciones de transferencia de fase. este trabajo ha aportado una via altamente versatil y enantioselectiva para la obtencion de beta-nitroaminas opticamente activas que son precursores inmediatos de sustratos de un enorme interes sintetico. La utilidad de la metodlolog\u00eda se ha demostrado en la sintesis 1,2-diaminas y de y-aminoacidos vinilicos, que no habia sido descrita hasta la fecha. asi mismo, se presenta una propuesta del mecanismo que rige la reaccion de aza-henry en condiciones de transferencia de fase, basada en la observacion experimental de la reaccion, en estudios cineticos y en el estudio computacional, llevado
