En \u00e9ste sentido la presencia de c\u00e9lulas t de memoria\/efectora donante-espec\u00edfica antes del transplante, se asocia a un mayor riesgo de rechazo agudo post-transplante. Del mismo modo su evaluaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s del transplante tambi\u00e9n se asocia a una peor funci\u00f3n renal del injerto, sugiriendo una persistente activaci\u00f3n de la respuesta inmunol\u00f3gica linfocitaria t. Por otro lado, la evaluaci\u00f3n de las tregsfoxp3+ en infiltrados linfocitarios en injertos renal diagnosticados de rechazo agudo subcl\u00ednico permiten discernir entre aquellos que presentan una buena y preservada evoluci\u00f3n del injerto de aquellos que ejercer\u00e1n un progresivo deterioro de la funci\u00f3n renal. El uso de \u00e9stod biomarcadores en el contexto de protcolos de inmunosupresi\u00f3n con el objetivo principal de inducir estados pro-tolerog\u00e9nicos s\u00f3n especialmente relevantes. As\u00ed, aqu\u00ed se muestra como aquellos pacientes que logran un estado de hiporespuesta donante-espec\u00edfica, son aquellos pacientes que logran una significativa mejor funci\u00f3n renal del injerto, siendo este estado inmunol\u00f3gico mediado por el efecto supressor donante-espec\u00edfico de las tregfoxp3+.
