{"id":95536,"date":"2018-03-11T10:15:32","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:15:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/modelos-geneticos-de-desregulacion-del-ciclo-celular-implicaciones-en-cancer\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:15:32","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:15:32","slug":"modelos-geneticos-de-desregulacion-del-ciclo-celular-implicaciones-en-cancer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/bioquimica\/modelos-geneticos-de-desregulacion-del-ciclo-celular-implicaciones-en-cancer\/","title":{"rendered":"Modelos gen\u00e9ticos de desregulaci\u00f3n del ciclo celular: implicaciones en c\u00e1ncer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Esther Rodr\u00edguez D\u00edez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El conocimiento molecular del fen\u00f3meno de proliferaci\u00f3n celular y la identificaci\u00f3n de las alteraciones moleculares en los reguladores b\u00e1sicos de la misma, nos abre un campo de estudio del c\u00e1ncer humano, ya que la desregulaci\u00f3n del ciclo celular parece ser un mecanismo universal que facilita la capacidad proliferativa de las c\u00e9lulas tumorales. dos transiciones fundamentales para la activaci\u00f3n de la proliferaci\u00f3n celular, son las transiciones entre las fases g1 y s (g1\/s), en la cual se generan las prote\u00ednas necesarias para la replicaci\u00f3n del genoma, y la transici\u00f3n g2\/m, donde se regula la entrada en mitosis y segregaci\u00f3n de los cromosomas. Los fallos en estos mecanismos reguladores est\u00e1n asociados con c\u00e1ncer. Por ello, este trabajo se basa en la generaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de modelos animales modificados gen\u00e9ticamente para producir modelos adecuados al c\u00e1ncer humano. En concreto, en la regulaci\u00f3n de la progresi\u00f3n de la fase g1 para la entrada en la fase s de replicaci\u00f3n del dna, mediante la generaci\u00f3n de ratones knock in (ki) de cdk6 para producir prote\u00ednas kinasas resistentes a sus inhibidores. En segundo lugar, hemos analizado uno de los reguladores implicados en la correcta formaci\u00f3n del huso mit\u00f3tico y de las divisiones asim\u00e9tricas, numa1, mediante la generaci\u00f3n de un
