Dentro de este campo, son las fibras de carb\u00f3n activadas las que proporcionan mejores resultados.  en este contexto, el trabajo se enmarca dentro de una gran l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n a cerca de la preparaci\u00f3n de materiales carbonosos adsorbentes con fluidos supercr\u00edticos. Centr\u00e1ndose en el estudio y puesta a punto de un procedimiento de preparaci\u00f3n de fibras de carb\u00f3n activadas con agua y di\u00f3xido de carbono en estado supercr\u00edtico. Se comparan estos procedimientos con los tradicionales, en los que se emplean estos agentes activantes pero a presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica.  dentro del estudio, se ha evaluado el diferente comportamiento de los cuatro agentes activantes en la reactividad, forma de gasificar, as\u00ed como su repercusi\u00f3n en las caracter\u00edsticas texturales de las fibras preparadas.  la preparaci\u00f3n de estos materiales se ha encaminado a optimizar la capacidad de almacenamiento de hidr\u00f3geno, proponi\u00e9ndose un modelo termodin\u00e1mico que permite interpretar la capacidad
