Para ello, se han utilizado dos l\u00edneas celulares diferentes: a) para el estudio de la regulaci\u00f3n por quinasas de la interacci\u00f3n de los canales kv1.5 con las subunidades kvbeta1.3, c\u00e9lulas hek293 y b) para el estudio de la regulaci\u00f3n de los canales de sodio durante la diferenciaci\u00f3n y la proliferaci\u00f3n, mioblastos de rata l6e9. Se han utilizado t\u00e9cnicas de electrofisiolog\u00eda (configuraci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lula entera de la t\u00e9cnica de fijaci\u00f3n de voltaje en parches de membrana) y t\u00e9 cnicas de biolog\u00eda molecular. Los resultados del primer bloque demuestran que la activaci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna quinasa c (pkc) no es necesaria para que se produzca el ensamblaje del canal kv1.5 con la subunidad kvbeta1.3. Adem\u00e1s, se identifica un complej o proteico funcional o \u00c2\u00bfcanalosoma\u00c2\u00bf formado por: kv1.5, kvbeta1.3, la prote\u00edna de anclaje de las pkc activadas o rack1, y la pkcbetaii. Los resultados obtenidos en el segundo bloque demuestran que los mioblastos obtenidos en una fase temprana de dife renciaci\u00f3n adoptan un fenotipo card\u00edaco y que la expresi\u00f3n de los canales nav1.5 subyace como mecanismo molecular responsable de dicho proceso. Adem\u00e1s, durante la diferenciaci\u00f3n de estas c\u00e9lulas se produce un aumento en la expresi\u00f3n de las subunidade s navbeta1-3, mientras que el patr\u00f3n de expresi\u00f3n de la
