Nos centramos en problemas que comparan \u00e1reas y distancias de superficies planas. para llevar a cabo este an\u00e1lisis con \u00e9xito, se propone un modelo integrado de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas que llamamos dise\u00f1o instructivo, que combina la gesti\u00f3n de un profesor tutor con la participaci\u00f3n del alumno, al tiempo que utiliza las potencialidades de la herramienta geogebra. esperamos que los resultados encontrados sirvan para dilucidar el papel que tiene geogebra en la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas. Confiamos en que el an\u00e1lisis de la sinergia de entornos, es decir l\u00e1piz-papel y geogebra, resulte \u00fatil para los profesores que consideren la integraci\u00f3n de geogebra en el aula de
