Para ello, se realiza un an\u00e1lisis pormenorizado de las fuentes y datos estad\u00edsticos disponibles, as\u00ed como de los distintos indicadores de desigualdad de g\u00e9nero que se han desarrollado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.  desarrollos te\u00f3ricos recientes, tales como la econom\u00eda feminista y el enfoque de las capacidades, proporcionan un soporte te\u00f3rico-metodol\u00f3gico adecuado para el estudio de estas desigualdades y permiten contrastar la manera en la que los avances formales, tanto institucionales como legislativos, habidos en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, inciden en la segregaci\u00f3n vertical y la desigualdad salarial de g\u00e9nero.   el principal \u00e1mbito de nuestro an\u00e1lisis en la comunidad aut\u00f3noma de euskadi, por lo que se procede al estudio la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, las instituciones existentes, la situaci\u00f3n actual y las tendencias de la segregaci\u00f3n vertical y brecha salarial de g\u00e9nero. Dado que ning\u00fan territorio puede considerarse como un contexto aislado, tambi\u00e9n se hace preciso tener en cuenta los referentes estatales y europeos en lo que a normativas, pol\u00edticas
