Este trabajo ha perseguido desde sus comienzos contribuir a entender la funci\u00f3n de estos dos reguladores. mediante la realizaci\u00f3n de escrutinios pudimos determinar que la prote\u00edna nblr no interacciona con ninguna histidina quinasa de s. Elongatus, sin embargo pudimos detectar la presencia de interacci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica con narb y ndhh (dos prote\u00ednas relacionadas de alguna manera con el transporte electr\u00f3nico) mediante regiones definidas en las prote\u00ednas implicadas. Adem\u00e1s nblr no poseer\u00eda un sistema de activaci\u00f3n t\u00edpico para un regulador de respuesta, ya que la caracterizaci\u00f3n de una estirpe con la mutaci\u00f3n en el residuo conservado putativo aceptor del grupo fosfato determin\u00f3 que el mecanismo de activaci\u00f3n de nblr era independiente de este residuo. con respecto a la ruta de nbls, la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada aportada en este trabajo sobre la funci\u00f3n in vivo de su prote\u00edna auxiliar sipa nos indic\u00f3 que sipa, al igual que nbls, est\u00e1 relacionada con la regulaci\u00f3n negativa del proceso de clorosis mediada por la secuencia hlr1 presente en el promotor de nbla.  la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los reguladores involucrados en el proceso de clorosis y aclimataci\u00f3n a las condiciones de estr\u00e9s nos llev\u00f3 a la confecci\u00f3n de un modelo en el cual el par nbls-sipa poseer\u00eda funciones antag\u00f3nicas a nblr, fosforilando a un regulador de respuesta desconocido que
