La fnr es el prototipo estructural de una familia de prote\u00ednas, con las que comparte semejanza estructural y numerosas caracter\u00edsticas funcionales.  en este trabajo se ha abordado el estudio de la fnr de la cianobacteria anabaena pcc 7119 como modelo de funcionamiento de dicha familia, centr\u00e1ndose en el estudio de las regiones que intervienen en el reconocimiento y en la selectividad por su coenzima natural, el nadp+. Adem\u00e1s se ha estudiado el mecanismo por el cual se produce la transferencia de hidruro entre la fnr y el nadp+, y el efecto que tiene en el mismo la formaci\u00f3n de complejos de transferencia de carga.  los resultados obtenidos indican que todos los residuos de la regi\u00f3n de uni\u00f3n al nadp+ intervienen en la selectividad frente al nad+, adem\u00e1s de orientar al coenzima para que adopte una conformaci\u00f3n necesaria para la cat\u00e1lisis. El residuo y303 juega un papel clave en la colocaci\u00f3n del nadp+ en el centro activo permitiendo una eficiente transferencia de hidruro adem\u00e1s de facilitar  la liberaci\u00f3n del producto.  estos resultados experimentales se han contrastado realizando din\u00e1micas moleculares de la fnr libre y en complejo con el nadp+ para la enzima silvestre como para todos los mutantes estudiados. Esto ha permitido obtener una posible disposici\u00f3n catal\u00edticamente competente para el complejo de la fnr silvestre con el nadp+.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
