El filotipo (fil) ii raza 3 biovar (bv) 2 produce la podredumbre parda de la patata y la marchitez bacteriana en plantas solan\u00e1ceas de climas templados, y se ha introducido recientemente en algunas \u00e1reas de la uni\u00f3n europea, donde este pat\u00f3geno se considera de cuarentena. La presencia de r. Solanacearum fil ii raza 3 bv 2 en estas zonas ha hecho surgir ciertos interrogantes sobre cuestiones biol\u00f3gicas y fitopatol\u00f3gicas de esta bacteria, algunas de las cuales se han abordado en este trabajo.  \tel comportamiento en cuanto a la colonizaci\u00f3n de r. Solanacearum fil ii raza 3 bv 2 in planta ha proporcionado una clasificaci\u00f3n en hu\u00e9spedes susceptibles o tolerantes y en no hu\u00e9spedes, en base a la localizaci\u00f3n histol\u00f3gica del pat\u00f3geno y su aislamiento.  \tla capacidad de supervivencia de r. Solanacearum fil ii raza 3 bv 2 en microcosmos de agua medioambiental se ha visto influida por factores abi\u00f3ticos y bi\u00f3ticos. El pat\u00f3geno ha mostrado una resistencia considerable cuando ha sido expuesto a la oligotrof\u00eda como \u00fanico factor de stress y tambi\u00e9n ha mostrado estrategias eficientes cuando ha sido expuesto a diferentes temperaturas medioambientales simultaneamente a las condiciones de escasez de nutrientes. Por otra parte, la persistencia del pat\u00f3geno se ha visto significativamente reducida en microcosmos de agua medioambiental por la actividad predadora, competitiva o l\u00edtica de los protozoos, las bacterias y\/o los bacteri\u00f3fagos que conten\u00eda el agua.  \testa bacteria ha mostrado una gran capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n, consiguiendo sobrevivir y mantener su poder pat\u00f3geno en
