En saccharomyces cerevisiae, la activaci\u00f3n de la sapk hog1, resulta en un retraso de la transcripci\u00f3n de las ciclinas de g1 (cln1,2) y la estabilitzaci\u00f3n del inhibidor de les ciclinas de tipo b, sic1, y por lo tanto pospone la entrada en fase s. Los resultados que aqu\u00ed se exponen, muestran, mediante la combinaci\u00f3n del modelage matematico y experimentos quantitativos in vivo, que, antes de start, el control de la transici\u00f3n a s se lleva a cabo principalment inhibiendo la expressi\u00f3n de les ciclinas, tanto las de g1 (cln1,2) como las de la fase s (clb5,6). Per otra parte, despu\u00e9s de start, la fosforilaci\u00f3n y estabilizaci\u00f3n de sic1 por parte de hog1 se convierte en necesaria para prevenir la iniciaci\u00f3n de la replicaci\u00f3n antes de adaptarse. Per lo tanto, hemos descubierto aqu\u00ed que la regulaci\u00f3n de sic1 y las ciclinas juegan un papel diferent segun el momento en que aparece el estr\u00e9s. Hemos descrito tambien, que hog1 produce una parada en g2 atrav\u00e9s de la inhibici\u00f3n de la transcripci\u00f3n de clb2 y la fosforilaci\u00f3n de hsl1, la cual promueve la deslocalizaci\u00f3n de hsl7 y la subsiguiente estabilizaci\u00f3n de swe1, un inhibidor espec\u00edfico de clb1,2-cdc28, y de esta forma se retrasa la entrada en anafase. Todo junto, demuestra que el uso de aproximaciones propias de la biolog\u00eda de sistemas es \u00fatil para entender de que forma una via de senyalitzaci\u00f3n intracelular incide sobre el control del ciclo celular, mas alla de una pura descripci\u00f3n de la mec\u00e1nica del sistema. De esta forma, proposem que una sola mapk modula distintos puntos de control del ciclo celular para mejorar la probabilidad de superviv\u00e9ncia en frente del estr\u00e9s
