La revista trat\u00f3 de medir la satisfacci\u00f3n del consumidor (sc) de turismos comprados recientemente y se\u00f1alar el grado de satisfacci\u00f3n en 25 atributos tales como dise\u00f1o, habitabilidad, seguridad, direcci\u00f3n, confort, consumo, etc.      el fen\u00f3meno objeto de estudio, es decir, la satisfacci\u00f3n del consumidor, es habitualmente un fen\u00f3meno complejo, posee muchos aspectos, obedece a m\u00faltiples causas y es frecuentemente medido con error. Debido a ello, para identificar el origen de su variabilidad se ha empleado la metodolog\u00eda de modelos de ecuaciones estructurales. Mediante estos modelos se introducen variables latentes como causa de las variables observadas las cuales han representado el concepto te\u00f3rico objeto de estudio, es decir, la sc que se desea medir. Adem\u00e1s analizan no solo la varianza de las variables sino tambi\u00e9n sus covarianzas.      se ha sugerido que la sc es una evaluaci\u00f3n global basada en la evaluaci\u00f3n de sus componentes y ha sido representada mediante dos tipos de variables latentes: por un lado variables latentes indicadoras de la satisfacci\u00f3n parcial del consumidor y por otro lado indicadoras de la satisfacci\u00f3n global del onsumidor.       a trav\u00e9s de este estudio se han conseguido identificar los factores y estructuras subyacentes a la sc, tratar adecuadamente la estructura acumulativa de los datos disponibles en nuestro caso, identificar el cambio en la satisfacci\u00f3n  para una o m\u00e1s variables a lo largo del tiempo y por \u00faltimo, estimar la sc observada.
