Inicialmente, se presenta una breve introducci\u00f3n sobre los cl. A continuaci\u00f3n, se muestra un protocolo experimental de caracterizaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica de dispositivos basados en cl y se explica el procedimiento utilizado para la obtenci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros de cada uno de los circuitos el\u00e9ctricos equivalentes (cee) en las diferentes tecnolog\u00edas de cl estudiadas. Posteriormente, los par\u00e1metros obtenidos del cee son validados comparando la medida experimental de la corriente que circula por el dispositivo de cl para diferentes se\u00f1ales de tensi\u00f3n aplicadas entre sus terminales y la corriente simulada en el cee obtenido previamente.  por otro lado, se propone el dise\u00f1o, la caracterizaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y la utilizaci\u00f3n de estos dispositivos basados en cl en aplicaciones de tipo no fot\u00f3nico. En este sentido, se han dise\u00f1ado filtros y osciladores de frecuencia variable controlados electr\u00f3nicamente (vco) basados en dispositivos de cl nem\u00e1tico torsionado (tn). Finalmente, se ha realizado el desarrollo de aplicaciones de alto valor a\u00f1adido basadas en dispositivos de cl en \u00e1mbitos como la seguridad y la discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
