De la ciudad de castellon.  la tesis tiene dos partes: la primera tiene el objetivo de construir un cuerpo teorico basico, dado el escaso desarrollo de la disciplina. Se definen conceptos como el comportamiento del adoptante objetivo, la segmentacion, el mix del marketing, el producto social, la gestion de los costes de adopcion, la facilitacion del producto social, el dise\u00f1o de la comunicacion, el poder y la direccion del entorno y la implementacion, control y evolucion de la campa\u00f1a de marketing social.  en la parte dos se analiza el caso concreto con una investigacion sobre 476 encuestas a estudiantes de segunda etapa de primaria y de secundaria, de colegios publicos y privados de la ciudad de castellon, aplicandose dos tecnicas multivariables: analisis de componentes principales y clusters analysys.  la conclusion es que la metodolog\u00eda y las propuestas de actuacion son perfectamente trasladables a la
