La consecuci\u00f3n de un dep\u00f3sito tumoral selectivo de las nanopart\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas evitar\u00e1 lesiones en el par\u00e9nquima hep\u00e1tico sano y, por tanto, valorar la distribuci\u00f3n de las mismas resulta de crucial importancia antes de precisar su hipot\u00e9tica capacidad de inducci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica. En este mismo contexto, el desarrollo de procedimientos de monitorizaci\u00f3n no invasiva, capaces de determinar la presencia de dep\u00f3sitos de nanopart\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas en distintos tejidos, presenta alto inter\u00e9s. en el presente trabajo se ha procedido a desarrollar y caracterizar por imagen (ecograf\u00eda, tomograf\u00eda computada y resonancia magn\u00e9tica) un modelo experimental murino de met\u00e1stasis hep\u00e1ticas, y se ha evaluado la distribuci\u00f3n de un magnetofluido de administraci\u00f3n intra-vascular en h\u00edgado sano y neopl\u00e1sico, mediante t\u00e9cnicas de imagen y de laboratorio (espectrometr\u00eda). en funci\u00f3n de los resultados obtenidos concluimos que la ecograf\u00eda y la resonancia magn\u00e9tica resultan de gran utilidad en la monitorizaci\u00f3n del modelo experimental metast\u00e1tico. Las t\u00e9cnicas de ecograf\u00eda d\u00f3ppler han permitido determinar el momento id\u00f3neo de administraci\u00f3n intra-vascular del fluido. Y finalmente, tanto con espectrometr\u00eda como con tomograf\u00eda computada y resonancia magn\u00e9tica, se ha evaluado adecuadamente la distribuci\u00f3n del magnetofluido en los diferentes tejidos, comprob\u00e1ndose adem\u00e1s, que las lesiones neopl\u00e1sicas en estadios precoces del desarrollo demuestran gran avidez por estos fluidos magn\u00e9ticos de administraci\u00f3n
