En esta tesis se realiza un c\u00e1lculo exacto de dicha entrop\u00eda para agujeros negros microsc\u00f3picos (varios cientos de areas de planck) que revela una discretizaci\u00f3n efectiva de la misma como funci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea del horizonte. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar en profundidad las caracter\u00edsticas y consecuencias de dicho efecto. Se construye un modelo cualitativo que permite entender cierta subestructura responsable de la discretizaci\u00f3n y calcular anal\u00edticamente los par\u00e1metros relevantes para la descripci\u00f3n del efecto. Asimismo, se introducen t\u00e9cnicas de teor\u00eda de n\u00fameros para obtener soluciones exactas al problema combinatorio que da lugar al c\u00e1lculo de la entrop\u00eda. Finalmente, se propone un c\u00e1lculo alternativo de dicha entrop\u00eda explorando la relaci\u00f3n con una teor\u00eda de campos conforme sobre el horizonte, que reproduce los resultados obtenidos
