Para construir los modelos hemos utilizado la metodolog\u00eda conocida como din\u00e1mica de sistemas. Los modelos de din\u00e1mica de sistemas permiten alcanzar una visi\u00f3n global del sistema en estudio proporcionando un conocimiento que previamente no exist\u00eda, por lo que los propios modelos que hemos construido son, probablemente, la aportaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante de este trabajo. El primero de los problemas se centra en estudiar a trav\u00e9s del modelado computacional la infecci\u00f3n del virus de la inmunodeficiencia humana y la progresi\u00f3n al s\u00edndrome de inmunodeficiencia adquirida. En el segundo estudio analizamos a trav\u00e9s de la misma metodolog\u00eda, la plausibilidad de una hip\u00f3tesis relacionada con la regulaci\u00f3n existente de linfocitos t efectores y reguladores como explicaci\u00f3n de las din\u00e1micas remitentes-recurrentes que se observan en muchas de las enfermedades autoinmunes siendo la esclerosis m\u00faltiple la m\u00e1s protot\u00edpica de este tipo de comportamiento. Por \u00faltimo, en el tercer estudio planteamos un nuevo modelo de mielosupresi\u00f3n que s\u00ed es capaz de reproducir los perfiles de c\u00e9lulas b inmaduras y maduras simult\u00e1neamente tras la administraci\u00f3n de una droga de quimioterapia llamada topoptecan. La idea central de esta tesis reside en la creencia de que modelos computacionales que describan adecuadamente las interacciones reales que se dan entre las c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias y los posibles
