Las resinas se obtuvieron mediante polimerizaci\u00f3n en suspensi\u00f3n, en forma de micropart\u00edculas de tipo gel y de tipo macroreticular en el caso del pst-dvb, y s\u00f3lo de tipo macroreticular, en el caso del pvoh. Las micropart\u00edculas de pst-dvb se funcionalizaron, mediante clorometilaci\u00f3n y, despu\u00e9s, se aminaron para transformarlas en resinas cambiadoras de aniones. Tambi\u00e9n se hidrofilizaron mediante su recubrimiento con pvoh.  Finalmente, se estudi\u00f3 el comportamiento de tres tipos de resinas ani\u00f3nicas (tipo macroreticular, hidrof\u00f3bicas e hidrof\u00edlicas, con matriz de pst-dvb y las basadas en pvoh) como adsorbentes de prote\u00ednas, empleando alb\u00famina de suero bovino (bsa) como prote\u00edna modelo. la caracterizaci\u00f3n de las micropart\u00edculas consisti\u00f3 en la determinaci\u00f3n de la morfolog\u00eda (tipo gel), la porosidad (macrorreticulares) y el grado de funcionalizaci\u00f3n de las micropart\u00edculas una vez transformadas en resinas ani\u00f3nicas.  la experimentaci\u00f3n para determinar el efecto y la significaci\u00f3n de las condiciones de s\u00edntesis sobre las propiedades estudiadas de las micropart\u00edculas se realiz\u00f3 mediante dise\u00f1os factoriales de experimentos y, de este modo, fue posible obtener modelos capaces de predecir las caracter\u00edsticas de las resinas ani\u00f3nicas en funci\u00f3n de las variables
