Hemos  comprobado las caracter\u00edsticas de la superficie resultante  mediante microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica y microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido.  cuantificamos la composici\u00f3n de elementos qu\u00edmicos presentes en la superficie mediante microan\u00e1lisis de elementos del microscopio electr\u00f3nico de barrido en superficies control y superficies modificadas, adem\u00e1s cuantificamos  la rugosidad superficial mediante perfilometr\u00eda interferom\u00e9trica \u00f3ptica.    finalmente para comprobar el efecto de estos tratamientos a nivel de la adherencia celular realizamos cultivos de una l\u00ednea de osteoblastos, y valoramos: la morfolog\u00eda celular que adoptan las c\u00e9lulas, los patrones de adherencia y   la organizaci\u00f3n que tienen sobre cada
