desarrolla la metodolog\u00eda analitica y de preparacion de muestra para determinar los limonoides y sus precursores, tanto en sistemas modelo como reales, utilizando la cromatografia en fase reversa y la cromatografia de par ionico.Con la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada se estudian los procesos de formacion de limonina a partir de sus precursores en sistemas modelo, en distintas condiciones de ph y temperatura.Finalmente se estudia la composicion de limonoides y de otros compuestos (glicosidos de flavanona, metoxiflavonas, cumarinas y furanocumarinas) en los diferentes tejidos de los frutos
