La formaci\u00f3n de estas fibras precisa de la alteraci\u00f3n del plegamiento normal de la prote\u00edna, lo que le lleva hacia una conformaci\u00f3n insoluble, capaz de formar agregados con alto contenido en estructuras \u00ed\u00a2. El sistema por el cual se produce esta reestructuraci\u00f3n en la prote\u00edna, as\u00ed como la fuerza que le conduce a ello no es conocida. En la presente tesis hemos estudiado la formaci\u00f3n de fibras amiloides en diferentes prote\u00ednas(lisozima, insulina, hfq, ada2h) siguiendo todo el proceso gracias a la espectroscopia de
