Se conceptualiza \u00e9sta y se profundiza en \u00e9l d\u00e9ficit que provoca y las necesidades educativas que tienen las personas con lesi\u00f3n cerebral.  se indaga, tambi\u00e9n, el estado actual de la evaluaci\u00f3n de necesidades educativas de los alumnos con par\u00e1lisis cerebral y se confeccionan escalas de observaci\u00f3n de los \u00e1mbitos en los que el alumno suele presentar d\u00e9ficit para dise\u00f1ar, posteriormente, una respuesta educativa basada en el conocimiento. una vez realizado el estudio estad\u00edstico  (descriptivo, de fiabilidad y de validez de constructo) de las escalas, se analiza el grado de cumplimiento en los centros educativos de las acciones propuestas como necesarias (elementos que componen las escalas) para evaluar a los alumnos. se analizan, tambi\u00e9n, las diferencias en la valoraci\u00f3n de los factores en base a los a\u00f1os de experiencia docente, tipo de centro, desempe\u00f1o profesional y etapa en la que desarrollan su trabajo los profesionales a los que se les pedido su opini\u00f3n.  se detectan los puntos fuertes y d\u00e9biles respecto de la atenci\u00f3n educativa en los centros y se exponen propuestas de mejora a la vista de  los resultados. Tambi\u00e9n un grupo de expertos interpretan estos resultados. finalmente se aborda, en un primer acercamiento, la percepci\u00f3n de las familias de los ni\u00f1os con par\u00e1lisis cerebral de la
