Debido a esta propiedad, el minerval puede ser considerado una alternativa frente a c\u00e1nceres que presentan resistencia a los f\u00e1rmacos antitumorales convencionales. el objetivo del presente trabajo es determinar las bases moleculares y celulares de la eficacia antitumoral del minerval en distintas l\u00edneas celulares. Se determin\u00f3 qu\u00e9 mecanismo de actuaci\u00f3n activ\u00f3 el minerval en la inhibici\u00f3n de la proliferaci\u00f3n, si fue por parada del ciclo celular, por inducci\u00f3n de apoptosis o de diferenciaci\u00f3n.  tambi\u00e9n se determinaron las v\u00edas de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n implicadas en dicho efecto y se estableci\u00f3 alguno de los puntos cruciales del mecanismo antitumoral del
