Dada su composici\u00f3n y origen ya que el sedimento proven\u00eda de una zona muy contaminada, se consider\u00f3 de inter\u00e9s la determinaci\u00f3n del contenido de sulfuros. Para ello se estudiaron y establecieron dos m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos con el objetivo de determinar los sulfuros vol\u00e1tiles por acidificaci\u00f3n. Asimismo, se estudi\u00f3 la homogeneidad y la estabilidad con el tiempo del sedimento, aplicando el protocolo de extracciones secuenciales. Finalmente, se valid\u00f3 el esquema de extracciones secuenciales mediante un ejercicio de intercomparaci\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n se procedi\u00f3 a caracterizar el sedimento s-16 procedente del lago flumendosa (cerde\u00f1a-italia) y a la optimizaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n para las nuevas matrices procedentes de las extracciones secuenciales. Tambi\u00e9n se llev\u00f3 a cabo al estudio de la homogeneidad y la estabilidad con el tiempo y la temperatura. Cabe se\u00f1alar que \u00e9ste sedimento es el primer material candidato a certificar los contenidos de metales extra\u00edbles mediante extracciones secuenciales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
