Esta tesis doctoral consta de un cuerpo central que trata sobre las diversas observaciones realizadas del cuasar 3c395, asi como del nucleo de la radiogalaxia 3c382. Se ha trabajado extensamente en la interpretacion de las observaciones de 3c395 y se han propuestos modelos para explicar la cinematica interna del cuasar.  se presentan simulaciones de la estructura compacta de 3c395 realizadas con un codigo numerico que resuelve las ecuaciones de transferencia de la radiacion sincrotron.  se han realizado tambien observaciones de referencia de fase de 3c395 con respecto al nucleo de 3c382 con el objeto de estimar la separacion relativa entre estas dos radiofuentes. Una de las principales dificultades en la aplicacion de esta tecnica radica en la ausencia de buenas fuentes de referencia, compactas y fuertes, con una separacion angular peque\u00f1a respecto de la radiofuente problema. Esta tecnica de astrometria diferencial ha sido aplicada satisfactoriamente a pares de radiofuentes con separacion angular de hasta 5 y con radiofuentes fuertes.  en esta tesis se ha llevado esta tecnica aun mas lejos aplicandola a una par de radiofuentes (3c395 y 3c382) separadas por una distancia angular de 6, siendo ademas la referencia (nucleo de la radiogalaxia 3c382) una radiofuente debil. Observaciones de este tipo realizadas durante varias epocas permitiran determinar el movimiento interno absoluto de las componentes de 3c395, y no el movimiento relativo con respecto a la posicion del nucleo.  el trabajo de tesis doctoral se complementa con una introduccion general sobre la tecnica de vlbi y sobre los nucleos activos de galaxias, sus mecanismos de emision, y el modelo de
